Becky ELL

Becky began skating at the age of 4 in Naicam, developing a lifelong passion for the sport until graduating high school. After a three-year coaching stint in Naicam and Spalding following graduation, she took a break and resumed coaching in 2013 in Humboldt. Currently, Becky coaches two days a week in Humboldt and Wynyard, as well as one day a week in Wadena and Melfort. She is a certified Regional coach and is in training to become a Provincial coach.

In addition to coaching, Becky works for the Ministry of Education as an Early Years Childcare Consultant. Outside of skating, she enjoys running, cross-country skiing, CrossFit, and spending time with family at their cabin.

Becky is married to John, and they have three daughters: Annagail (17), Alexis (15), and Alyana (13). Their family also includes two dogs, Bailey and Niko, two cats, Kitty and Bronco, and a bearded dragon named Draco.

Tia STRUKOFF

Tia started skating at the age of 3 through the CanSkate program and played hockey for a year. However, after that season, she decided she didn’t want to be part of the “stinky boys,” so she completed CanSkate in figure skates and transitioned to STARSkate at age 6.

Tia has been program assisting since grade 5, and obtained her CanSkate coaching certification at 15 and her Regional coaching certification at 17. Over the past couple of years, Tia has coached in both St. Brieux and Melfort, and this year, she is excited to take on the role of head coach in Naicam.

Outside of skating, Tia stays active with various sports and spends her summers at rodeos racing horses. She raises and trains her own barrel horses and enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and shed hunting.

In Tia’s family, her brother plays hockey, so they spend a lot of time at the rink! They have four dogs, a couple of cats, and she has lost track of how many horses—best guess is around 13!

Archer NOEY

Archer began skating at the age of 4. With nearly 14 years of skating experience, they are a gold dancer and aim to complete all their gold level tests by the end of the season.

This past season, Archer officially started coaching, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the rink. While trained, they are in the process of submitting videos to complete their coaching qualifications.

Outside of skating, Archer works at Dynasty Twin Cinemas, the local movie theater, as well as at the city library. They have two cats, Cinnamon and Shimmer.

As they transition into this final season of skating, Archer is excited to inspire the next generation of skaters.

Today, she works with skaters in several communities, including Humboldt, Melfort, and Wynyard, helping athletes of all levels reach their full potential.

Outside of coaching, Annagail works at a daycare in Humboldt, where she brings her nurturing nature to young children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano and participating in track.

At home, Annagail is part of a lively family of five, which includes two younger sisters, Alexis and Alayna, as well as a collection of pets: two dogs, two cats, and a bearded dragon.

Annagail is excited to continue sharing her love for skating and working with athletes to help them grow both on and off the ice.
